Capacity Increase

Project Scope

CR Meyer provided shop fabricated pipe spools for a major capacity increase project for one of our pulp and paper customers.   CR Meyer provided all of the pipe fabrication for this project. The scope of work included supply of fabrication to connect the following equipment: Pulper, Coarse Screens, Fine Screens, Thickeners, Refiners, Cleaners, 1 new dryer section (10 cans), Reel.  Our fabrication shop worked with the site to fabricate as engineering was completed in packages.  Our coordination effort with the field installation team allowed us to fabricate and deliver the spools to the site in packages that made sense and on dates that fit their installation schedule.  This just in time delivery method fabrication was a key to the success of the project.
